These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at algomise.comand any products or services provided by Algomise Technologies LLP (“Algomise”, “we”, “us”). By using our site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide AI engineering services and products described on our website. The scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines of any client engagement are governed by a separate written agreement signed with you (a “Statement of Work”). In case of conflict, the Statement of Work prevails.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our site or services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Submit content that infringes intellectual-property rights or violates privacy law.

3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, code, designs, trademarks, and logos — is owned by Algomise unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission. Custom deliverables produced under a Statement of Work are owned per that agreement.
4. Third-party services
Our products may integrate with third-party model providers, clouds, and tools. Their terms apply to your use of those services through us; we are not responsible for third-party content or downtime.
5. No warranty
The website is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Warranties specific to a paid engagement are described in the relevant Statement of Work.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algomise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Algomise harmless from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website if you violate these Terms. The terms relating to intellectual property, liability, and indemnity survive termination.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and dated above.
