Algomise Technologies LLP (“Algomise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at algomise.comand provides AI engineering services and products. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights under applicable data-protection laws including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) where applicable.

We only collect what we need to run our business and serve you:
- Information you provide.When you fill the “Book a call” form or write to us, we collect your name, work email, phone number (if shared), company, and the details of your enquiry.
- Operational data. When you use our products or systems we build for you, we may process inputs you provide (prompts, documents, files) to operate the service.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, pages visited, timestamps) for security and basic analytics.
2. Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule a call.
- To deliver, support, and improve our products and services.
- To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
- To protect our systems from abuse and fraud.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for behavioural advertising.
3. Sharing and third parties
We share personal data only with vendors we need to run our business — for example, email and calendar providers, cloud hosting, and analytics. These vendors are bound by contracts and process data on our instructions. For AI workloads we run on your behalf, we will tell you which model providers and clouds are involved before processing any of your data.

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Operational data tied to a service we run for you is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law.
5. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege principles. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email privacy@algomise.com.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
